New Student Registration

Welcome to Letchworth Central School District!
New and Returning families to Letchworth Central School District will register and enroll their children through this centralized process.
- Complete the online form by clicking here. For each child to be enrolled, you must check the gray box and complete the "Additional Information" section.
- After you have completed the online registration, the School Registrar will contact you to finalize the registration. If necessary, you may also need to meet with a principal or a guidance counselor.
- The Registrar will need to receive the following documentation to complete the registration process:
- Proof of Residency (mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement, tax receipt).
- Original Proof of Student's Birth (birth certificate, record of baptism, passport).
- Immunization Records and current physical. (Current NYS Immunization Requirements)
- Custody/Guardianship/Adoption documents, if applicable.
If you cannot present this documentation at your appointment, you will be given 3 business days to provide the required documentation.
