Welcome to Letchworth Central School District!


New and Returning families to Letchworth Central School District will register and enroll their children through this centralized process.

  1. Complete the online form by clicking here.  For each child to be enrolled, you must check the gray box and complete the "Additional Information" section.
  2. After you have completed the online registration, you will be contacted for an appointment to finalize the registration and meet with a principal or a guidance counselor. 
  3. At your appointment you will be required to present:
    • Proof of Residency (mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement, tax receipt). 
    • Original Proof of Student's Birth (birth certificate, record of baptism, passport).
    • Immunization Records and current physical. (Current NYS Immunization Requirements)
    • Custody/Guardianship/Adoption documents, if applicable.

If you cannot present this documentation at your appointment, your will be given 3 business days to provide the required documentation.
