New Student Registration

 

Welcome to Letchworth Central School District!


New and Returning families to Letchworth Central School District will register and enroll their children through this centralized process.

  1. Complete the online form by clicking here.  For each child to be enrolled, you must check the gray box and complete the "Additional Information" section.
  2. After you have completed the online registration, the School Registrar will contact you to finalize the registration. If necessary, you may also need to meet with a principal or a guidance counselor. 
  3. The Registrar will need to receive the following documentation to complete the registration process:
    • Proof of Residency (mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement, tax receipt). 
    • Original Proof of Student's Birth (birth certificate, record of baptism, passport).
    • Immunization Records and current physical. (Current NYS Immunization Requirements)
    • Custody/Guardianship/Adoption documents, if applicable.

If you cannot present this documentation at your appointment, you will be given 3 business days to provide the required documentation.
