Child Abuse Hotline

Section 409-1 of the New York Education Law, which became effective January 17, 2017, requires schools to post English and Spanish information for the toll free number operated by the New York State Office of Child and Family Services.   

Should you suspect or have knowledge that you or a child is being abused or maltreated, report it immediately by contacting one of the numbers below.

If you believe that a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local police department.
