Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. Physicals are good for 12 months from the exact date of the last physical. Once your physical is completed, you can turn it in to the Athletics Office or scan and submit the completed Physical Forms online.  Please call 585-493-3520 to schedule a physical appointment.
