Must be a Wyoming County resident

This is a Civil Service Competitive rated position requiring someone with:

• a good knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment and the ability to use them efficiently and economically;
• working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of boiler equipment;
• ability to make minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical repairs and to perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks;
• ability to operate lawn care and snow removal equipment;
• ability to follow oral and written directions;
• ability to supervise others;
• willingness to do custodial and other manual tasks;
• thoroughness, dependability, and good physical condition;
• a valid NYS driver’s license
