New York State Education Law 2D requires school districts to protect personally identifiable information (PII). The District has adopted the required policies and procedures posted below.
These policies were reviewed by the Board of Education on February 24th (first reading) and adopted on March 9th, 2020 after a period of public comment and were updated on September 29, 2021.
