Certification:

Letchworth Central School District participates in the Regional Teacher Certification Office at Genesee Valley Educational Partnership. The office provides access to a certification specialist qualified to evaluate transcripts toward meeting certification requirements for teaching, teaching assistant, and coaching certification when a paid application for certification has been filed on the TEACH online application system. The specialist analyzes transcripts and other documentation to determine eligibility for certification, provides candidates with information on how to meet any remaining requirements and, when possible, approves a candidate for certification.
